• Large Group Scaling Rules: To ensure every single person gets dedicated individual portrait sets alongside the group photos, larger groups automatically scale to allow for more shooting time:
  • 7–8 People: $750 | Session extended to 1 Hour, 45 Minutes
  • 9–10 People: $850 | Session extended to 2 Hours
  • For organizations, clubs, or groups larger than 10, please contact me directly for a custom quote.

⏰ Adding Extra Time

• Advanced Booking Overtime: If you know you will need extra time for additional outfit changes or extra group combinations, please upgrade your package tier at the time of booking.
• Same-Day Overtime: If schedule permits on the day of your shoot, additional time may be added on-site at a flat rate of $100 per additional 15 minutes. Same-day overtime fees must be paid via Venmo/Zelle at the end of session.

💳 Deposit, Payments, & Cancellations

• Securing Your Date: A non-refundable $200 deposit fee is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. The remaining balance is due in full on or before the day of your shoot.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 7 days prior to your shoot date at no extra cost, subject to calendar availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of your shoot will require a new deposit fee.
• Weather Policy: In the event of heavy rain or severe, unavoidable weather that prevents shooting, we will work together to reschedule your session or issue a full refund of your deposit.
• Finality: There are no refunds issued after the shoot has taken place. Please thoroughly review my portfolio and editing style prior to booking to ensure it aligns with your vision.

⏱️ Punctuality & Timing

• Arrival: Please arrive at your designated meeting spot at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
• Strict End Times: Because campus sessions are booked back-to-back during peak graduation season, your session will end exactly at its scheduled time. If you arrive late, that time is deducted from your shoot.

⚖️ Terms and Conditions
BY BOOKING A SESSION WITH SONNY B PHOTOGRAPHY, YOU EXPLICITLY ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

📷 Image Ownership & Promotional Usage Rights

• Copyright Ownership: Sonny B Photography solely retains all legal copyrights and rights of ownership to all photographs taken during the session.
• Usage License: Upon final gallery delivery, the client is granted a personal print and social media sharing license. You hereby grant Sonny B Photography a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use images from the session for promotional material, portfolio displays, and social media marketing.
• Privacy Request: If you prefer that your images remain private and are not shared on social media, you must explicitly notify the photographer in writing via email or DM prior to your shoot date.
• RAW Files: Sonny B Photography does not distribute unedited or RAW camera files under any circumstances. Only the final, fully finished digital images are delivered.

🧼 Editing Style & Limits

• Standard Editing: Every delivered image is individually processed, color-corrected, and enhanced to match the premium signature style displayed across my official portfolio.
• Retouching Scope: Advanced digital alterations (such as structural body modifications, advanced digital wardrobe fixes, or removing complex background objects not controlled by the photographer) are not included and are subject to custom digital manipulation fees.

⚖️ Indemnity, Liability, & Safety

• Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sonny B Photography from any personal injury, property damage, liability, claim, or loss arising out of or related to the on-campus photography services provided.
• Liability Cap: In the highly unlikely event of equipment failure, lost digital files, or severe photographer illness, the maximum collective liability of Sonny B Photography shall not exceed the total financial fees paid by the client for the session
